It’s time for the owls again! I ran out of podcast, and have a lot of other things going on, so not as much progress today, but there’s been some. Last time:

In-progress pic of a counted cross-stitch project with an owl on black background. The hair is blue feathers hanging down to the left and right, going partly over the eyes. The yellowish beak in the middle is just being worked.

Today:

The beak is pretty much finished, and the area below the head is starting to fill in. Let’s see what will happen till next time!

Here are the other members of the SAL who are posting today. Make sure to check out their work, it’s amazing: Avis, Claire, Gun, Christina, Kathy, Margaret, Cindy, Heidi, Jackie, Sunny, Megan, Deborah, Carmela, Sharon, Daisy, AJ, Cathie, Linda and Helen.

  1. The confetti stitching takes time. I like how this owl is coming along.

  2. looking very chilled ^^

  3. He looks weary and sad but I’m sure he isn’t. Love the colours.

  4. Lot’s of filling in this time. Coming along nicely.

  5. That owl is a hoot! (Sorry, I couldn’t resist.) His expression makes me laugh!

  6. Lots of little confetti (hate them) stitches and your doing them beautifully. I always seem too mess up with my counts doing that.

  7. I think he looks a bit sad! But cute 🙂

  8. I can see all the confetti you added in! I’m still debating whether I should pickup my full coverage again or go with something else…I’m so very slow with confetti lol!
